dosa!

dan quon and i adventured to a south-indian style restaurant tonight... dosa was fabulous. so fabulous that the chronicle rated it in the top ten restaurants of 2006. this is a photo of what i ordered, the paper masala dosa: an exceptionally thin, pliable and crispy variation served with spiced indian potatoes, onions and cashews. it was served with coconut chutney, tomato chutney and sambar, a lentil dipping soup. if you like indian food, make me take you here. also, the wait staff was great and super helpful, and the prices were just right. dosasf.com
